FX PaperGuard fire retardant for cardboard and paper products.
FX Paper Guard creates an invisible protective barrier, once activated FX Paper Guard fire retardant won't allow ignition or combustion of treated material. Fire Retardancy is indefinite if protected from liquids and prolonged exposure (7-10 days) to humidity's over 90%, FX Paper Guard is a water based fire retardant coating that doesn't require any special tools or equipment to apply it. Most glues and adhesives are compatible with FX Paper Guard and all of our other fire retardant products.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Ensure that all materials to be treated are clean and dry prior to application.
1. Agitate coating before and during application.
2. Apply FX Paper Guard as it is received.
3. Apply by brushing or spraying on with a hand pump sprayer at a coverage rate of 375-425 sf per gallon depending on material being
treated.
4. When spraying or brushing, apply FX Paper Guard just until material is damp, drying will require 1-3 hours depending on the conditions of the air (temp) in the location where you’re using FX Paper Guard.
CLEAN UP PRECEDURE: Soap and water
